The whole house was literally taken back to the brickwork and then rebuilt with a dining/kitchen extension and a dormer bedroom. Five months after starting, the rebuild was complete. We were absolutely thrilled with the result. Owen's team had been on site almost every day, and on the few days they weren’t on site, we were informed beforehand. Without exception all the contractors were friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic about the project. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were clean workers too – every evening, after work had finished, the site was tidied. Owen kept a very close eye on every aspect of the work and coordinated all the various contractors needed for the job. When something unexpected happened, Owen was there to suggest solutions and guide us as to the best options. He had a real sense of vision. He was calming when we were jittery and patiently answered all our many questions!! Most importantly, Owen kept us up to date regarding the budget.
